Thanks for using the course planner. Big news: UC San Diego is retiring My TritonLink. As of July 2026 it's being replaced by the new Triton Student System (TSS), and in the move a lot of the tools students actually lean on are being cut — WebReg and its planner are going away, the GPA Calculator is going away, and courses.ucsd.edu is going away. Incoming Fall 2026 students won't get My TritonLink at all.
TritonPlan is the permanent home for all of that. The WebReg-style schedule planner, your degree audit, a prerequisite-checked degree planner, the full course catalog, and a GPA calculator — kept in one place, for good.

That means keeping the course data fresh every quarter, building out new tools, covering the hosting, and keeping the whole thing free for students. This started as a small course planner and turned into something a lot more useful because people actually backed it.
